  <abstract>A graduate thesis aim to determine the extent of knowledge, skills and attitudes of Grade 1 teachers in the implementation of the MTB_MCE under the K-12 curriculum in the 3rd Congressional District in the Division of Negros Oriental in relation to pupils academic performance during the school year 2014-2015; reveals that the higher the Grade 1 teachers extent of knowledge, skills and attitudes in the implementation of the MTB-MCE, the better is their pupils academic performance.</abstract>
