Specifically,it focuses on how feasibleand workable is the business in the marketing, management, technical,financial andsocio-economic aspects of the business. The research environment of the study is Dumaguete city. The researchrespondent is composed of two groups, those respondents who purchasesprocessed meat products for household purpose and those who purchase ofbusiness purposes. 400 individual respondents and 356 businesses answered thequestionnaire. Research findings revealed that there is the presence of demand on both typeof respondents. 98% of the individual respondents and 97% of the businesses arewilling to patronize the business. A well organized and developed job analysis andorganizational structure is present. A complete list of machineries, equipment andsupplies are included.Financial statements and ratios are also presented. With the findings presented, the researchers would recommend thedevelopment of a reservation policy and a delivery service mechanism.
