  <abstract>Determines the teachers' extent of personal, instructional and administrative setbacks and the extent of interest, perseverance and ambition of teachers when faced with the aforementioned setbacks; study reflects that personal and administrative set backs have a "moderate" extent and the teachers manifested consistency of interest to a "moderate" extent, where as perseverance of effort and ambition are "highly" manifested  by them.</abstract>
