  <abstract>ABSTRACT
The proposed business is about the Establishment of Oppa Sushi: A Japanese Resto in
Dumaguete City. The business is located near U-Pension fronting the Portal East Building.
The main target market of the business are those people who are currently residing in
Dumaguete city and should be twenty years old and above.
A research questionnaire was made in order to scout out the necessary information of
the study. The questionnaire helped in collecting primary information of the respondents with
their profile and their willingness to patronize the business as well.
The results showed that the proposed business is feasible in the marketing,
nanagement, technical, financial and socio-economic aspect for the reason that all data
gathered revealed a positive and favorable outcomes. From the findings revealed, the
business is feasible as a whole. It is then recommended that the business shall include the
development of new type of sushi that could be offered to the customers and that the
management needs to widen their variety of Japanese Food to choose from.</abstract>
