Rosario Heights, Bacagay, in the city of Dumaguete. The name off the proposed subject is YAMAE'S COFFEE SHOP. The specific areas that are considered in the feasibility study are the marketing, management, financial, technical and socio-economic aspects of the proposed project. Descriptive research method was employed to collect the information concerning consumers spending pattern with the survey questionnaire as an instrument in data collection. Convenience sampling is used and had a total of 372 respondents from people going to Boulevard, Seaport, the neighboring establishments and also with the people around Dumaguete City. The survey questionnaires prepared were distributed to the respondents and were collected afterwards. The study of the proposed project is feasible from marketing, management, technical, financial, and socio economic point of view. Majority of the respondents are willing to patronize the Coffee Shop with 317 or 93.67% responses, thus the proposed project has a market. A total of 14 employees will be employed and are properly compensated with salaries and wages, and benefits based on the local code requirements. The proposed project is profitable based on the computation of the financial statement. The return on investment is at 40.88% which increases every year. Lastly, the proposed business will contribute to the income of the government, generate employment and cater to the needs and wants of the external and internal customers ER -
