  <abstract>ABSTRACT
The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing
The Food Shack at Amigo, Flores Avenue, Dumaguete City.
The researcher determined the sample size of the respondents for the
study. A total of 150 individuals from Dumaguete City, both local and foreign,
served as respondents. The researchers administered survey questionnaires,
which served as an instrument for the data collection. The study is limited only
within the parameters of the City of Dumaguete where the proposed project
is to be established.
The viability of the proposed project was evaluated through the five
aspects of the study, namely marketing aspect, technical aspect, management
aspect, financial aspect, and socio-economic desirability of the proposed
business. Findings of the study revealed that the proposed business is viable
from the marketing, technical, management, financial, and socio-economic
points of view.
The proposed project will benefit the entire city of Dumaguete in terms
of economic growth; it will provide job opportunities to the people, and the
potential market that will provide a new dining experience</abstract>
