The study was conducted to determine the feasibility of developing low-cost residential subdivision lots at Barangay Mabigo, Canlaon City. Specifically, it aimed to assess the market demand, technical requirements, financial viability, and socio-economic benefits of the proposed project. Data were gathered through surveys, interviews, site inspection, and analysis of secondary sources related to housing development and real estate investment. Findings revealed that the proposed subdivision project is feasible due to the increasing demand for affordable housing, strategic location of the property, and availability of basic utilities and road access. Financial analysis further showed that the project has the potential to generate sustainable income and contribute to local community development. The study recommends the implementation of the proposed subdivision project subject to compliance with government housing and environmental regulations.
