This study determined the feasibility of developing low-cost residential subdivision lots at Barangay Mabigo, Canlaon City. It aimed to evaluate the market demand, technical requirements, financial viability, and socio-economic impact of the proposed housing project. The study utilized surveys, interviews, site observations, and documentary analysis to gather relevant data. Findings indicated that the proposed subdivision project is feasible due to the increasing demand for affordable housing, favorable location, accessibility to public utilities, and positive projected financial returns. The project was also found to have potential contributions to local economic growth and community development. The study recommends the implementation of the project subject to compliance with housing regulations, environmental standards, and proper project management practices.
