  <abstract>Abstract
The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing La Belle Lady
Lodgers Boarding house and Canteen at Cor. Villa Mariano Village, Dr. V Locsin Street,
Dumaguete City. The respondents are college students and young professionals that are not
from Dumaguete but currently studying and or working in Dumaguete City. Descriptive
research was the method of this study. Survey questionnaires were used as the primary tool
for gathering relevant information from the respondents
The result of the study indicates that the establishment of La Belle Lady Lodgers
Boarding house and Canteen is feasible. In summary, the marketing aspects has high
potential market with a sufficient demand. Based on the findings on the technical point of
view, the building and the service process is practical and doable. On the management side,
it was also found feasible because the organizational structure is designed to maximize
productivity of each employee. On the financial point of view, the said business is
profitable as it provides a sustainable and positive return to the investor. It is also found to
be socially and economically helpful and desirable as the project will not only benefit the
proponent financially but also the community.
The project if realized will benefit the female college students and working young
professionals. It will benefit the local farmers and merchandisers in the sale of their goods
and add to the employment opportunities and tax revenue in Dumaguete City.
