<br/><br/> Abstract<br/>The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing<br/>branch of Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI) in Carcar City, Cebu.<br/>Based on the findings of the study, the researcher concludes that the project<br/>is feasible from the marketing point of view as it will operates with a very low interest<br/>on loans and a considerably higher interest on savings deposits, PHCCI expects to<br/>position itself well in the market. With 42 years of existence in cooperative<br/>movement and with integrated computerized accounting software developed<br/>specifically for credit cooperative operations, the proposed project is technically<br/>feasible From the management outlook, the project is feasible since the<br/>organization will be managed by highly qualified, well-trained, and experienced<br/>employees. With no external borrowings, the financial analysis supports the financial<br/>viability of the project.
