This study evaluated the implementation of the Technology and Home Economics (T.H.E.) program in public secondary schools of Negros Oriental during the school year 1992-1993. Specifically, it determined the extent of implementation, assessed the adequacy of instructional resources and facilities, and identified problems encountered in the program. Based on the findings, a proposed development plan was formulated to enhance the effectiveness of T.H.E. instruction and strengthen program implementation in public secondary schools.
