185 A dissertation entitled "The Delivery of Basic Services and Facilities by the Barangays in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental for the Fiscal Year 2011 and its Implication to Disaster-Risk Reduction Management"; reveals that there is significant relationship between the extent of delivery of basic services and facilities and the barangay's income and population and with conclusion and with conclusion that the barangay in Tanjay city are able to deliver very satisfactorily the basic services and facilities to the constituents except along agriculture, which is only considered satisfactory.
