It contains contacts, relationship, addresses, achievement and other alumni information. For the alumni associates, the function may involve generating reports. He/She can also view feedbacks or announcements such as Home coming events and other social parties. They can also find their batch mates and classmates through the search. However, non-registered person or guest cannot access the system nut has the opportunity to view. The admin or the person in charge is the one who is maintaining the alumni records and alumni relations. He/She is the only one who can post announcement, manage accounts and manage the educational background. FU Alumni Gateway System ensures that data are readily available to manage efficiently and to effectively meet the needs of alumni. | ||
