520 | _a"The main objective of this study is to determine the feasibility in establishing Trendy Restoration. The specific areas that we considered in this study are the marketing feasibility of the propose project, the technical feasibility of the proposed project, the applicable management structure, and financial viability, and the acceptance of the socio-economic. The proposed project would be named Trendy restoration. The researcher circulated a questionnaire as the primary tool for the gathering of data and information regarding the study. Our main target respondents are the antique store owners, office building owners, owners of apartment rental complexes, bar owners and restaurant owners in Dumaguete City. In summary, the proposed project is feasible from the marketing view since it reveals a positive degree of responses from the respondents willing to patronize the proposed business venture. It is technically realistic because all the types of equipment are ready to support a proposed business since it results from positive values in the financial analysis.
