520 _aThe process of billing in the Metropost Publishing Company is the office assistant will give a form for the costumer to fill up. It could either be the description contract form or advertising contract form, depending on costumer's form,. If it is a subscription contract, the costumer will only be billed depending on how many weeks or sundays he/she will going to subscibe the weekly newspaper. If it is advertising, the costumer will be billed depending on the size of its article need to be published. Generally, preparing for the bills of the clients is done manually, from computing the number of weeks of costumer's subscription, and as to the size of an article to be published.
