520 _aNowadays, business establishment uses computer-based system, as a response to the never-ending volume of transactions that should be completed everyday. The use of computer in dealing with work becomes an advantage, and perhaps, and edge to some. Hence, it makes a business establishment more strategic for it lets an establishment produce accurate, fast, and efficient service to its costumers. Knowing the fact that an automated system costs a lot, it is undeniably true that the benefits are overwhelmingly exceeding it costs. In connection with Philippine Christian Book Store, to whom our study is addressed to, we hope that this study may help minimize all those paper work that they patiently get through everyday. We are pretty sure that our proposed system, the manual work they are tackling everyday will be replaced with a more efficient and faster system of recording.
