_rABOUT THE AUTHORS Danilo M. Te, DBA is the former dean of the School of Business and Governance (SBG), Ateneo de Davao University. He teaches marketing management and marketing research in the undergraduate programsand marketing models in the doctorate program ofSBG. Dr. Te is active in training research and applied statistics to students and faculty members. He has also done extensive research in marketing. He is also active in advising doctorate and master's degree candidates in their dissertation or thesis writing. D.r Te co-authored a book on Principlesof Marketing (2017 edition) for senior high school. Divina V .Sabanal, DBM is afull-time faculty memberof the Business Management Department of the School of Business and Governance (SBG), Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). She is the current assistant dean of the undergraduate programs and she spearheaded academic developments like student and faculty's international exposure, revision of curriculum, robust research, and engagement activities. She teaches International Management, Practicum 1, Organization Development, and Total Quality Management.She also teaches in the graduate programs of SBG. She is a member of theUniversity Research Council, one of the three coequal councils of the university. She actively participates in research, consulting, and extension projects. Jovelyn A. Castro, LPT, DM is a full-time faculty member of the Business Management Department of the School of Business and Governance (SBG), Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). Aside from doing research works in the university, Dr. Castro is also an adviser to both undergraduate and postgraduate students for their respective research papers. Prior to her involvement at AdDU, she held several supervisoryand managerial positions in various organizations from the government agency, multinational company, local and international nongovernment organizations in Thailand, and other higher educational institutions in Davao City. Christhoffer P. Lelis, LPT, PhD is a licensed professional teacher and a professor of mathematics, business research, and managerial statistics courses for more than 15 years. He is currently a part-time faculty member of the Business Management Programs at the Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) and the dean of the Schoolof Arts and Sciences and Business and Management at Brokenshire College. He also serves as an adviser, panelist, and statistician to students' theses. Dr. Lelis has been actively associated with research activities at various professional organizations, colleges, and universities in Davao Region and his work was awarded as best research in three different national research conferences.
