The study's main goal is to determine if these unique blended syrups can help cafes innovate their menus,attract customers, and achieve greater success. This project will establish TimplaDos Syrup as a supplier of these blended fruit syrups to cafes in Dumaguete City, addressing the challenge of menu similarity caused by the use of standard, single-flavor syrups. The business will offer flavor combinations made with popular Filipino fruits, providing a tool for cafes to differentiate their offerings and increase profitability.The initial product line will include five unique blends: mango-pineapple, mango-banana, mango-apple, coconut-mango, and coconut-banana, offered primarily in a 500ml bottle size, with 750ml and 1L sizes also available.The business will be a general partnership,with five partners sharing in ownership, profits,liabilities, and management. Raw materials will be sourced from a partner-owned farm and local vendors, and production will take place at a dedicated facility in Bagacay, Dumaguete City.
