The product is made from palm tree crown shafts, an abundant agricultural by-product, and integrated with far UV-C light technology to help reduce microbial contamination on footwear while promoting the efficient use of eco-friendly materials. Purposive sampling was employed using structured survey questionnaires distributed to selected households and commercial establishments in Dumaguete City, with respondents chosen based on their willingness and capacity to purchase household sanitation and furniture products. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula to represent both residential and commercial markets. Findings revealed strong demand for hygienic and sustainable products, with most respondents expressing interest in purchasing the Palm Fresh UV Rack provided it is reasonably priced and meets quality expectations. Comprehensive market, technical, organizational, and financial analyses confirmed the feasibility of producing and commercializing the product, with favorable profitability and investment recovery indicators demonstrating its potential as a sustainable and competitive business venture.
