Moreover, the study deals deeply with the marketing, management, technical, financial and socioeconomic aspects of the business. These aspects serve as the foundation of the business. The method used in gathering information was disseminating survey questionnaires to the four hundred (400) respondents as the sample size of the total population of two hundred twenty thousand two hundred twenty-two (220,222). The sampling technique applied was Slovin's formula. The results showed that there is the presence of demand as shown on the survey depicted in the marketing aspects that there is ninety-seven point twenty-five percent (97.25) of the respondents who are willing to patronize a Bistro. The job analysis is developed under the management aspect in order to clearly state the duties and responsibilities of each employee. All equipment and supplies are determined in the technical aspect. Financial projections are as well favorable for the business with approximately less than five years on the return of investment. The business provides social responsibilities as way of giving back to its stakeholders.
