520 _aABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and employee motivation of public school teachers in dumaquete city. The school covered by this study was the West Elementary School of School Year 2015-2016. There were 85 regular teachers who are currently teaching in West Elementary School of the city. The suvey was descriptive and co relational in nature. It utilized fregquency distribution, percentage, mean, and weighted mean and 5-Point Likert's Scale. Majority of the teachers are mostly female, belong to the age bracket of 30- 49 years old and most of them are married,. therefore we found that the highest sexual category are female and we can say, for this school. the classic inclination and aptitude for teaching is predominantly female.
