Three hundred eighty four (384) respondents are made to answer the research designed questionnaire. The study reveals that certain Human Resource Management practices such as staff development, performance appraisal, career development, employee participation, job definition, compensation, recruitment, selection and work-life balance strongly afects employee performance and productivity. | ||
