| 520 | _aABSTRACT The objectives of the study are to determine if the proposed grill house be feasible in Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete. The name of the proposed project is Inihaw Ta Bail Grill House. The specific areas that are considered in the feasibility study are marketing, management, financial, technical and socio economic aspects of the proposed project. Descriptive research method was employed to collect the information concerning consumers' spending pattern with the survey questionnaire as an instrument in data collection. The survey questionnaires prepared are 300 and distributed to the respondents and were collected as a basis for the feasibility study. The study depicted that the proposed project is feasible from marketing. management, technical, financial, and socio economic point of view. Majority of the respondents are willing to patronize the grill house with 252 or 84% responses, thus, the proposed project has a market. A total of 24 employees will be employed and are properly compensated with salaries and wages, and benefits based on the local code requirement. The proposed project is profitable based on the computation of the financial statement. The Return on Investment is at 49.8 % which increases every year. The Payback Period is more than 3 years the company is able to reacquire the money or total investments that have been invested. Lastly, the proposed business will contribute to the income of the government, generate employment, and cater to the needs and wants to the external and internal customers. | ||
