These might be due to time Constraint, not an itinerary, or just out of the way. Regardless the reason, it IS a pity that these home products are not fully displayed, and the food souvenir industry not fully utilized. With that line of thought, the researchers conceptualized the idea of a hybrid coffee shop. It is a place where local and foreign tourists alike will have a chance to sample these native Negros delicacies from various municipalities under one roof. Coffee is a perfect accompaniment to any snacks thus the coffee shop. To add to the native scheme, tourists are given the option to explore our native coffee, such as the "toasted mais brew," or go with the mainstream coffees such as cappuccinos and the like. | ||
