520 _aABSTRACT In a world where people are busy with their hectic schedules in their respective endeavors, they always look for a place to dine where they can chill and relax with their family, friends and loved ones and at the same time can enjoy the place. The proposed business which will be named Evergreen a Spa Restaurant, is a story restaurant in Katada St., Dumaguete City which cater and satisfy the yearning of people in terms of Organic meals and spa for relaxation, not just the local people but also the international citizens. The aim of this restaurant is to give opportunity to people to experience a new taste of service that is budget friendly but at the same time offers a high standard of service to ensure guest comfort and pleasure in a unique and memorable way. The type of menu is "Ala Carte" and the MENU also presents a wide variety of Organic Mix Cuisines. The proposed business hires qualified and competent employees that are paid fairly and reasonably with the current demand of the target market, it is anticipated that financial conditions of the business is stable and profitable and the location is said to be accessible. An increasing net income is also expected that administers positive impact to the local government and the economy.
