520 _aAbstract The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing branch of Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI) in Carcar City, Cebu. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher concludes that the project is feasible from the marketing point of view as it will operates with a very low interest on loans and a considerably higher interest on savings deposits, PHCCI expects to position itself well in the market. With 42 years of existence in cooperative movement and with integrated computerized accounting software developed specifically for credit cooperative operations, the proposed project is technically feasible From the management outlook, the project is feasible since the organization will be managed by highly qualified, well-trained, and experienced employees. With no external borrowings, the financial analysis supports the financial viability of the project.
