The objectives in this study are the following:(1) To find out the proposed business competitors and if their business is doing well. (2) To find out if the proposed location is strategic that makes the business accessible to the customers.(3) To find out if the proposed study will be feasible in the following aspects: (a)Marketing Aspect, (b) Technical Aspect, (c)Management Aspect, (d) Financial Aspect, (e)Social Aspect. The name of the proposed project is Yum Republique. The research instrument used is a questionnaire to gather information about the expected service to be provided by the establishment, to determine the pricing strategy to guide the target buyer. The questionnaires were distributed to the selected respondents at Robinsons Mall Dumaguete with a total of 300 respondents. The proposed project has a market since 93.07% of the possible customers are willing to support a new burger restaurant.The business has an appropriate management structure which is composed of 22 employees. It is financially viable because the financial analysis and evaluation showed that it is profitable within 3 years, 4 months and 7 days, the investment will be recovered. Finally, the business will generate employment in the city of Dumaguete, meet the needs and wants of the employees and residents of Dumaguete cater to local and foreign tourists and lastly, create additional income to government.
