520 _aABSTRUCT A Garments factory has much offer in terms of clothing needs and it is one of our source of income, It also contributes to all mankind be- cause with the factory of dresses, all people might have sufficient supply of clothing. We would not denied the fact that the world population is always increasing. Thus, we need more dresses for our clothing, so the demand now comes in and a garment factory is best suited for the demand. In Negros Oriental there are only few fac- tories of a cloth and one of those are found in the Dumaguete City, Tanjay, Bayawan, Bais City, Canlaon City and Guihulngan most of these facto- are sold to other countries by export process. Unfortunately, the province of Negros Or- iental has the lowest percentage of factory; un- like in Central Luzon or the National Capital Region that most of the people work in the Gar- ments factory. There is a little doubt that the garments factory in Negros Oriental increase because of the demands of the customers or consumers. Realizing this problem in the Municipality of Amlan, Hon. Emma Trasmonte Monsale; Mayor of Amlan launched one year ago a project dubbed as "A small tailoring in Barangay Mag-abo," Thus, humble researcher was inspired to make this peasibility study for Negros to boast the program of the Municipal mayor. This study is divided into five major categories or aspects, namely: Management, Marketing, Technical, Financial and Social desi- ra bility. Data especially related to this aspect were gathered from National Statistics Office and Department of Trade and Industry. Conclusions drawn from the collection of data reflected the feasibility of the managerial aspects of the project, the Municipality of Amlan is willing to put up the project. The Philippine National Bank of Dumaguete City Branch which would be the source of loan amoun- ting three million pesos. The bank is waiting for viable feasibility study before it would release the project loan. On the marketing aspects, the projected an- nual demand of the yearly bases and increase by million of pesos annually.
