520 _aAbstract The study aimed to determine the reproductive health seeking behaviours of Foundation University college graduating students for the academic year 2008-2009. One hundred ninety-eight respondents were chosen randomly and the primary instrument used in the study was a self-administered questionnaire. The statistical tools utilized to get the desired results were percentage, weighted mean, t-test and chi-square. The result revealed that majority of the respondents were female, single, Catholic and came from urban places. They rarely experienced reproductive health problems, although the common but rare problems cited were rashes in the male and female genitalia. The respondents rarely took action on the identifed problems. However, they were motivated by factors such as the desire to stay healthy and the fear of having AIDS. There is stilla little stigma attached to reproductive health problems but most of them were moderately aware of the existing reproductive health issues like Premarital Sex and Unplanned Pregnancy. In testing for the significant difference between the respondents awareness on the common health issues when they are grouped according to gender, marital status, religion and place of origin, the study revealed that there was no Significant difference between their perceptions on the said issues based on said socio-demographic profile. However, there was a significant relationship between the respondent awareness on the common health issues and the reproductive health problems they experienced.
