The study aimed to determine viability of the different factors relevant to the study specifically the marketing, management, technical, socio-economic, and financial aspects. Successfully, this study has shown the feasibility of all the five aspects an lead to a prospective payback period of 2 years and 7 months. The results of the study concluded that the proposed project is feasible." --Abstract.
