A VR viewer is a tool that creates environment simulations places in the real world., allowing the user to interact with the simulation. VR or Virtual Reality creates sensory experience, which includes sight, hearing, smell, touch, and some simulation include additional sensory information the real sound through speaker or headphones targeted towards the VR users. On the other hand VR is primary tool that a smartphone mount on it. The smartphone controls the movement of the simulation by the use of the gyroscope. Because of this technology, it can now serve to create a 3D experience that you feel you're in the real world. This study aims to develop a Virtual Reality Campus Tour for Android Application. The Application is useful for giving information and a Virtual view of the campus. It can be used to develop an application that will help the students to familiarize the Foundation University main campus. Based on the results the researchers conclude that smartphone must have 3GB of ram and the cpu or the central processing unit must have clock frequency 1.7Ghz Quad-core. To experience smooth of the 3D Virtual Reality campus tour.
