The Use of an e-learning tool plays an important role in the 21st century teaching and learning process. With this Innovative idea, learning is made easier through the use of different interactive learning materials such as images, animations, and presentations. In addition, learners can gain additional information, Knowledge, and skills. However, faculty from Foundation University College of Computer Studies regularly submits hard copy of instructional materials at the start of every semester. Thus, there is a need to developed a system that will act as a repository of all teaching materials. This projects aim to create an interactive instructional material (WiM) is an innovative way of presenting lessons for Information Technology Education courses.
