This study aimed to identify the level of port user satisfaction in the facilitation of port services at the Port Dumaguete. Fifty (50) cargo owners, Twenty (20) shipping agents, and one hundred fifty (150) passengers were randomly selected as research respondents. The statistical tools used were percentage, weighted mean, and Spearman's rank-order correlation.
