Online resources: Summary: ABSTRACT This study explores the viability of establishing Yema Delicioso, a new venture in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, that offers hard yema candies with exciting flavors such as Strawberry,Orange, and Chocolate Chips, while retaining the traditional sweet and creamy taste of yema. Survey results reviled that 84% of respondents are interested in the product. In terms of flavors, Chocolate Chips ranked first (86.7%), followed by Strawberry (80%) and Orange (72%).For packaging, the majority (81.3%) favored assorted packs over single-flavor options. These findings indicate that Yema Delicioso aligns with consumer preferences in both flavor and packaging, supporting its potential in the local market. Yema Delicioso demonstrates how a well-loved Filipino sweet can be offered in an innovative way. This venture has the potential to support local jobs. provide affordable treats, and become a popular product in the community.
