Dissertation note: Summary: ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing 1 Choice Employment Agency at Mangnao-Canal Dumaguete City. A total number of 119 of respondents which consists of large scale business establishment in Dumaguete City were selected through lottery since there are 169 establishments being established in the City. The proposed project will be named as 1 Choice Employment Agency because it is suggestive in its business nature, this agency will be their 1 choice in finding a job. This project is a sole proprietorship type of business. On the results gathered from the study, 1 Choice Employment Agency is feasible in the marketing, management, technical, financial and socio-economic aspect for the reason that it is found viable and most of the respondents are willing to avail the proposed project. The proponent will invest Php 3,000,000.00 as capital. This amount will be utilized in purchasing the land to which it will be establish, construction of the building, furniture's and fixtures and expenses of the business in its operation. Since this project will be solely own, the capital will come from the proponent itself.
