Summary: Abstract It was the objectives of this study to determine the feasibility and viability of manufacturing a LA Scenti Essential Oil in BarangayTugass, Tanjay City Negros Oriental. Specifically, for the objectives are the following: 1.) To know if the proposed business is feasible to the market. 2.) To determine if this project is competitive and will stay in the industry in a long run. 3.) To know if the customer will patronize the product offered. 4.) To be able to know if the proposed project help boost the economy of the city. The researchers employed the project feasibility method. Furthermore, the methods also utilize the descriptive analysis of research bring from the five (5) aspects ( Marketing Aspects, Technical Aspects, Management Aspect, Financial Aspects, and Socio- Economic Aspect) of the study. In determining the Respondents' preferences in putting Essential Oil in Brgy. Tugas, Tanjay City; Negros Oriental. There are total of three hundred ninety-three (393) respondents selected as Respondents of the study. Thus, the study used survey questionnaire as a tool in gathering information or in data collection. Random sampling was used in collecting Data. On the basis of the vital findings of the study, the survey result shows that the proposed project is feasible from its marketing, technical, management, financial and socio-economic aspects. There were 84.47% or 348 respondents who are willing to patronize the business and this means that the business is marketable. The layout and design of the project is suitable for the business and new to the place. The project is financially feasible and viable, because of such indicators profitability and operation efficiency that will result to a favourable financial condition. The ROl of the project is 1% that is good and enough to attract more investors. Finally, the business will be of big help to the economy and will generate employment opportunities in the said location of the business and cater the needs of the people.
