Determines the feasibility of the Port Inn at the 2nd floor of the passenger terminal building, port of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental using observation and documentary analysis; indicates that based on the essentials assumptions, the project is feasible in summary with its marketing aspect, the project has a high demand, so with the financial, managerial, and technical points of view, and promises as good return of investment and is also both socially and economically desirable and acceptable.
