Determines the SHS teachers' instructional proficiency encountered; study discloses that SHS teachers perceived themselves as highly proficient in classroom management and subject content while proficient in terms of pedagogy; and there is a strong and positive significant relationship between the SHS teachers' instructional proficiency and problems encountered specifically in areas like pedagogy and major related subject loads.
