A graduate study sought to determine the school administrator 's leadership attributes and its relationship to teacher's performance. The attributes of an effective leader are measured in terms of self-management, professionalism and ethics, result focus, teamwork, service orientation, innovation, leading people and people management. It utilized the descriptive-correlation method and employed weighted mean and Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Results of the study revealed that the overall performance of the school administrators is also significantly related to the teachers' IPCRF performance. The finding implies that school administrators who display better performance tend to have teachers also with higher performance as shown in the IPCRF rating. The degree of relationship is categorized as weak.
