"Aims to determine the customer satisfaction of Dumagueteños toward availing food delivery service offered by food panda. The respondents are the local people who are at least 20 years old and are employed which was conducted in Dumaguete City in the year 2020. There will 390 survey questionnaires that were floated. From the conducted survey, it revealed that the majority of the respondents and clients of Food Panda are 35-49 years old earning above minimum wage. It is also revealed that the delivery service is a great help during the pandemic for it lessens the direct person to person contact, that the service is very convenient to use and that the delivery personnel are professional enough and are easy to deal with. It is recommended that the management of food panda to do occasional discount activities or occasional free delivery service activities to increase the frequency of purchase among clients since it shows in the survey that respondents avail of the service at thrice a month only, and that the management of food panda shall make sure that all information about the food product sold shall be accurate and complete since the survey shows that respondents do not strongly see that product information is accurate or factual." --Abstract
