"The feasibility study is focused on determining the proposed business is workable in the marketing, management, technical, financial and socio-economic aspects. There are two respondents for the study-the local people of Negros Oriental and business in the province which should either be a coffee shop or a restaurant. The local people should be a working individual. The survey conducted revealed that almost all the respondents are willing to patronize the goods and services of the business. This includes both for the local and business respondents. The marketing aspect of the business is feasible for the presence of demand is observed for both local business clients and that marketing strategies are formulated in order for the business to compete. The management aspect is viable for the needed manpower has been identified and that corresponding job analysis, salary schedule, work schedule and policies were formulated to guide the organization in its day to day operation. The technical aspect is workable for all the needed equipment, supplies, service provision process and business layout had been laid out and presented. The financial aspect is practicable since the business will be earning positive figures every year with only a year of payback period. The socio-economic aspect is beneficial for it provides a lot of good things for the whole community and the government. It recommends that the business can include the offering of online payment through debit and credit cards for local residents who will visit the farm to help stimulate sales. The business can include idea of coordinating with the tourism offices of Valencia, Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental in promoting the business. The business can included the idea of offering more products at the cafeteria and more additional services such as photo booths producing instant and actual picture that will serve as souvenirs but of course this email clients paying for the service which can be another and added income for the business." --Abstract
