"This study aims to dig deeper regarding the strategies adopted by company management through employee perceptions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Dumaguete City year 2020 and to identify how the randomly selected employees see the efficiency of their varying company's approach/strategies adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic. It used quantitative method in a descriptive research in which she is consider the variables and analyze the effectiveness of the management approaches through the perceptions of the employees under them, and providing descriptive interpretations upon analyzing all date gathered. The researcher had found out that generally, the respondents which are employees from the 5 different businesses and/or establishments within the Dumaguete City, which consists of mostly 21-30 year olds employees, had experiences changes in their workplaces during the pandemic. Specifically, the changes include implementation of the COVID-19 safety protocols, and based on the survey results, these protocols had affected them positively, thus, the feeling of safety and security directly affects the workers positively. Based on the results garnered in the safety factor, all or most of the management executed the COVI-19 workplace protocols efficiently. Also, based on the results in the strategy changes factor and management efficiency factor, the randomly selected employees within Dumaguete City, see thei respective company managements' approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic effective." --Abstract
