"The study determined the feasibility of establishing a Cusina Restaurant in Bogo, Taclobo, Dumaguete City beside Cats N Dogs Veterans Clinic. In the conduct of the study, the researchers gave 400 survey questionnaires to respondents in residents of Barangay Bago, Taclobo, Dumaguete City, professionals, employed or unemployed and students. The number of respondents was computed through the use of Raosoft random sampling, The data gathered was computed treated using percentage to determine the weight of the responses. The proposed project is feasible in the marketing perspective for the data gathered shows that 97% of the respondents are willing to patronize the business. The management aspects of the project is realistic because there is the presentation and identification of the possible employees, their respective duties and responsibilities and the established policies of the business. The proposed will yield a payback period for 2 years and 20 days with 22.62% return on investment on its financial aspect. The proposed business is socio-economically acceptable for it has a will to give help to the community by adhering the environmental regulations and donating basic needs to the less fortunate members of the society and will visit and orphanage or any charitable project institutions to organize an event like feeding programs and provide the needs of the children. The project is also deemed to be technically workable, since the resources such as the capital, manpower, equipment, furniture and fixture are available in the city. As well as, the products and service processes of the project are well identified." --Abstract
