"Assess the implementing unit school heads' instructional leadership and school climate. There was 35 school heads and 210 teachers included in the study under the Division of Negros Oriental. The total number of respondents were the 210 teachers who will assess the instructional leadership of their school heads. The study was a combination of descriptive and correlational research. The statistical tools used were percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study revealed that majority of the respondents rated their school heads "very high" manifested as always. There is a very high level of assessment on teachers' performance of the eight sub-factors of the school climate. There is very high extent of the school heads' instructional leadership based on the four domains. The study also found out that there is a significant and moderate relationship between the school heads instructional leadership and the level of assessment of teachers on the eight-sub factors of the school climate and their profile. It is reflected also that all the values of rs are classified to be in the moderate category. In general, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the level of assessment of teachers' performance based on the 8 sub-factors of their school climate and their performance based on KRA." --Abstract
