Eatwheel is a new food cart specializing in freshly made mini hotcakes, buttered corn, and gulaman. The target market includes young professionals, students, family, and tourists seeking quick, affordable, and delicious meal or snack. They will offer decadently soft mini hotcakes to satisfy the customer's sweet tooth. Customers can also customize their hotcakes with toppings such as sugar, margarine and condensed milk. The buttered corn, a traditional street food from the Philippines, is a tasty and sweet side dish or snack choice. The owners will also offer a creamy and cold gulaman that will quench the customer's thirst, especially in hot weather. The combination of mini hotcakes, buttered corn, and gulaman sets us apart from other food stalls. Eatwheel will use fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and satisfying snacks. They will offer products at competitive prices to appeal to the target market. And most certainly, fast-casual service will allow customers to get their food quickly and easily.
