Instead, it is presented in a step-by-step fashion,ranging from initial contact with the crime by the government,startingoff with Arrest and Search and Seizures up to appeal to the Supreme Court.Other relevantrules such as the Revised Guidelnes on Continuous Trial,Judicial Affidavit Rule,and Ruleson Summary Procedure are likewise incorporated in this work and blended with the latestjurisprudence.
While it is the laudable objective of every student to pass the licensure exam,thematerial also serves as a handy guide beyond their practice of the profession, especiallywhen called upon to assist in the effective administration of justice.
