ABSTRACT
It was the objective of this study to determine the feasibility and viability
of establishing a Escape Reality Spa, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
The researcher employed the project feasibility approach. A total of 400
individuals were selected as respondents. The specific areas that are covered in
the feasibility study are marketing, management, technical, financial and socio
economic aspect of the proposed project
The proponent Mrs.
Prescilla B. Hellberg will invest a total of php5,
000,000 as his initial capital
On the basis of the vital findings of this study, the researchers made a
conclusion that the project is feasible from marketing point of view. Since all the
necessary resources for operation are readily available and the cost associated
with these resources are justifiable, the project is also technically feasible.
