Abstract, Summary, etc. This study aimed to assess the teacher's work motivation as viewed on the fulfillment of needs and the importance utilizing the descriptive-correlational research design using a standardized questionnaire. The study used frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean, Pearson r, Kruskal Wallis H-test, and t-test for its statistical treatment.
