Abstract, Summary, etc. This study describes the wide perception of teachers and students in terms of teaching using radio and television in the pandemic era which was conducted in the Division Dumaguete City in the selected schools which uses radio and television as a mode of teaching. It uses weighted mean, mean, Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient, Mann -Whitney U test as statistical tools. It was found that students has the higher perception on the factors of teaching based on radio and television in the aspects of objective, topic lesson, procedures, skills and forecasting.
