Abstract, Summary, etc. The motive of this research is to create accessible option services online for the client who spent more time waiting to pay tuition fee during this pandemic rather than doing other errands. To ensure the safety of both the school staff and the payers or clients. Also to change the long-established way of paying tuition at the school BFO (Business and Finance Office) or through bayad centers or through bank transactions that some people refer to do a face to face transaction for assurance that the payment went through. And through online queuing, optimization of operational costs can be reduced. Not to mention, having the databases online saves the school a lot of wasteful paperwork, unlike ticket machines and take-a-number systems. This study will only not help the clients but also the school especially during this pandemic.
